Sighting is fast and precise with a red fiber-optic front blade paired to an adjustable rear sight that uses two green fiber elements. This setup provides a bright sight picture in a variety of lighting conditions.
Gen4 ergonomics include the RTF grip texture with finger grooves and modular backstrap capability, plus an enlarged, reversible magazine catch. The standard Glock accessory rail on the dust cover supports common rail-mounted accessories.
Its striker-fired, short-recoil, locked-breech design is paired with Glock's Safe Action system and trigger safety. The slide wears a durable nitrocarburized finish, and the pistol bears "MADE IN AUSTRIA / GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA., AUSTRIA" slide markings.
