What’s Included
- Jukar Boot Pistol
This reproduction follows the compact boot/muff pistol pattern with a 4 inch round steel barrel and no fixed sights. It is a single-action, muzzle-loading percussion design with a capacity of one round, focused on simplicity and period-correct function.
The build pairs a bright steel barrel with a brass frame and brass furniture, complemented by a birdshead one-piece hardwood grip. The finish presents a classic contrast of brass and bright steel that aligns with the 19th-century style.
Operation is via an external hammer and a spur-style, guardless trigger. A top-mounted percussion nipple sits ahead of the hammer, and a brass ramrod with a flared button head rides under the barrel for loading.
Made in Spain, this example is marked on the right-side frame with "PAT PEND." The configuration and markings reflect Jukar’s Spanish production of traditional black powder pistols for enthusiasts of historical designs.
