It sports a bright round 7-inch steel barrel, brass furniture with a large rounded pommel, and a right-side steel belt hook. The lock bears a script "Charleville" marking, and the pistol carries Italian proof marks and the NAVY ARMS CO., RIDGEFIELD, N.J. import stamp. It is marked "BLACK POWDER ONLY" and comes with a brass powder flask, powder measure, and pan primer.
