The 16-inch barrel uses a carbine-length gas system and a 1:7 twist, offering dependable cycling with 5.56 NATO. The barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash hider.
The A2 front sight base includes a bayonet lug and sling swivel. A Magpul MBUS rear flip-up sight is installed, complementing the flat-top upper receiver.
The rifle features Magpul MOE polymer furniture: a collapsible stock, MOE pistol grip, and MOE-style carbine-length handguard. A polymer vertical foregrip is installed for added control.
The flat-top upper includes a forward assist, ejection-port dust cover, and brass deflector. The aluminum receiver wears a matte black finish and is marked with MULTI caliber and SAFE/FIRE selector positions.
Capacity is 30+1 with the included Magpul PMAG Gen M3 magazine. The rifle uses a direct impingement action with a manual safety and is made in the United States.
