The AP5-M is the micro configuration of the AP5 series, offering an overall length of approximately 12.79 in and a weight of about 4.43 lb. The receiver includes HK claw-mount pads, and the end cap is fitted with a sling loop for carry options.
Its roller-delayed blowback action delivers smooth operation. Controls include a left-side, non-reciprocating charging handle with a knurled knob, a paddle-style magazine release, and a manual safety.
