This Glock G45 Gen5 MOS pairs the compact-length slide with a full-size grip for a 17+1 capacity and a 4.02 inch Glock Marksman Barrel. It features a factory MOS optic cut with the cover plate installed and comes with MOS adapter plate 04. Aftermarket Dawson tall steel suppressor-height sights are installed. Austrian proof marks and the Glock Smyrna, GA import mark are present. Three 17-round magazines, two OWB holsters, a factory case, and Gen5 backstraps are included.

The G45 is Glock’s crossover design that combines a compact-length slide with a full-size frame. This configuration delivers a 17+1 capacity and a balanced 4.02 inch barrel length in a full-size grip.
As a Gen5 MOS model, it features a factory-cut slide for optics with the MOS cover plate installed, plus front and rear slide serrations and a durable nDLC black finish. MOS adapter plate 04 is included and fits Leupold DeltaPoint Pro and EOTech EFLX footprints.
The Glock Marksman Barrel provides a 4.02 inch steel barrel with the Gen5 GMB profile. The frame incorporates Gen5 enhancements including ambidextrous slide stop levers, a flared magwell, an aggressive grip texture, a reversible magazine release, and Glock’s Safe Action system. An accessory rail is molded into the frame.
Aftermarket Dawson tall steel suppressor-height sights are installed, pairing a plain black rear notch with a tall steel front post for a clear, consistent sight picture. Markings include Austrian proof marks and the MADE IN AUSTRIA / GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA import mark.
