Built on a Remington Model Seven steel receiver roll-marked "MODEL SEVEN," this rifle is configured as a single-shot for bench use. The receiver has a polished blued finish and a swept bolt handle with a round knob. It is drilled and tapped, with two-piece Weaver/Picatinny-style bases already installed.
The 25-inch heavy/varmint-contour steel barrel carries a recessed, target-style crown and a matte black finish. It is roll-marked "22-BR REM," with an additional stamped line "243" beneath, reflecting its rechamber from .243 Winchester to .22 BR Remington. The bore is clean with good rifling.
The action is bedded into a composite/laminate benchrest-style stock finished in a high-gloss marbled red/orange/yellow. The stock features a wide, flat fore-end for stability on rests, a flat butt, and no checkering.
