The rifle comes with an installed IOR Bucuresti 6x42 scope, one factory 4-round magazine, a soft case, and a T/C factory test target dated 03-17-2008 documenting a 0.77-inch 3-shot group at 100 yards.

The Weather Shield variant delivers a matte silver/gray corrosion-resistant finish over a steel receiver and barrel, providing a durable exterior suited to varied conditions. The receiver is machined with an integral Weaver/Picatinny-style scope base for secure optic mounting. This rifle is made in the USA and configured without iron sights.
The 24-inch barrel is button rifled with 5R geometry and capped by a recessed target crown. The included Thompson/Center factory test target documents a 0.77-inch 3-shot group at 100 yards using Federal 150 gr Soft Point ammunition; the target lists Model 5514 and SKU 10176514.
The Icon action uses a full-diameter three-lug bolt with a 60-degree lift and a cocking indicator, combining strong lock-up with efficient cycling. T/C’s Interlok bedding system is designed to promote consistent barrel and action alignment.
The black Hogue OverMolded synthetic stock provides a sure grip with molded texturing panels, plus QD sling studs and a recoil pad. Length of pull is 13.75 inches. The detachable box magazine system offers a 4+1 capacity, and this rifle includes one factory 4-round magazine.
An IOR Bucuresti 6x42 scope is installed in Weaver USA rings on the integral base, giving the rifle a clear fixed-power sighting setup that complements the platform’s accuracy-focused barrel and bedding features.
