The TP45 pairs a matte stainless slide machined from bar stock with a black polymer frame for a durable, carryable full-size .45 ACP package. Rear slide serrations provide a clean gripping surface, and the slim slide measures approximately 1.01" wide.
Kahr's striker-fired, double-action-only system uses a patented cocking-cam for a smooth, consistent trigger stroke. A passive striker block provides internal safety, and the magazine release is positioned on the left side.
The 4.04" barrel uses polygonal rifling, and the offset feed-ramp design lowers the bore axis. This configuration supports reliable feeding while keeping the slide and frame geometry thin.
Sights are the white bar-dot pattern: a dovetailed white dot front and a rear with a vertical white bar, drift-adjustable for windage. Grip surfaces include pebble-textured side panels with additional texture on the frontstrap and backstrap for confident control.
