This Remington Model 700 short-action .308 Winchester is professionally configured in an MDT LSS-XL Gen2 aluminum chassis with a 25-inch free-floated heavy barrel and a threaded muzzle capped by a three-prong flash hider. It features a LUTH-AR adjustable carbine buttstock with a cheek riser and multi-adjustable buttpad, an AICS-pattern detachable magazine system with a 10-round magazine, and a one-piece Picatinny scope rail. The chassis wears a tan Cerakote finish, and the bore condition is excellent.

Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: The MDT chassis has a few minor finish scratches.

The MDT LSS-XL Gen2 chassis gives this Model 700 a modern, modular foundation with M-LOK slots along the forend sides and underside, plus an AICS-pattern detachable magazine system. A 10-round magazine is included.
The 25-inch heavy-contour steel barrel is free-floated and non-fluted, with a matte finish and a threaded muzzle fitted with a three-prong flash hider. A front sling-swivel stud is installed at the forend.
Ergonomics are anchored by an AR-style carbine receiver extension and a LUTH-AR adjustable buttstock offering a cheek riser and multi-adjustable buttpad. A small bottom Picatinny rail on the stock provides an additional mounting point. Length of pull is set at 13.5 inches.
A one-piece Picatinny scope rail is installed on the receiver for straightforward optic mounting. The chassis wears a tan Cerakote finish. Markings include the Remington Arms Company Ilion, NY .308 WIN rollmark and the REP oval proof, with additional inspector/proof symbols near the receiver ring. Made in the United States.
