The MC P35 follows the classic Hi-Power pattern with short-recoil, Browning-type cam-locking and a non-railed dust cover. It is built on a steel frame with a matte black finish, paired with a matte black slide featuring an external extractor.
Controls are straightforward: single-action only operation with a left-side magazine release, a rowel (ring) hammer, and an ambidextrous manual thumb safety. Additional internal safeties include a firing-pin safety and a magazine disconnect safety.
Sighting equipment consists of fixed iron sights: a dovetailed front blade with a single white dot and a drift-adjustable rear notch. Black synthetic checkered grips with Girsan "G" medallions complete the handling package.
