The Micro 9 Crimson Carry pairs a matte black slide with a matte silver aluminum-alloy frame for a clean two-tone presentation. The slide has rear-only serrations and dovetailed fixed 3-dot steel sights. Rollmarks include "MICRO 9 CRIMSON" on the right-side slide, "9MM" on the barrel hood, and "KIMBER, YONKERS, NY USA" on the frame. Made in the USA, this model reflects the fit and detail Kimber is known for.
Factory Crimson Trace Lasergrips add an integrated red laser to complement the fixed 3-dot sights. The rosewood-tone grips feature double-diamond checkering and a front-strap activation pad that provides intuitive on-demand laser activation without altering the pistol’s compact profile.
Operation is single-action-only, recoil-operated, and locked-breech. The pistol uses a 3.15-inch ramped barrel and a full-length guide rod, with an external rowel-style hammer and a beavertail-style frame tang. Controls include a single-side slide stop on the left; the slide can be cycled with the safety engaged. There is no accessory rail on the dust cover.
Safety features include ambidextrous manual thumb safeties and a firing pin block. The included magazines are Kimber factory steel units: one 8-round with an extended base pad and one 6-round, with the packaged magazine bearing Kimber "SOLO" branding. The factory box end label reads "MICRO9 CRIMSON CARRY" and matches the pistol’s serial.
