The MAC 1014 Marine uses a semi-automatic, gas-operated, short-stroke dual-piston system (ARGO-style) that mirrors the proven M4/M1014 layout. Its receiver is aluminum alloy and finished in matte electroless nickel to resist harsh environments, complemented by the same finish on the exterior metal for a uniform Marine configuration.
The 18.5" barrel is made from 4140 steel and chrome-lined for durability and ease of maintenance. It is threaded for Beretta/Benelli Mobil-pattern chokes, offering wide aftermarket compatibility, and is chambered for both 2 3/4" and 3" 12-gauge shells. Capacity is 7 rounds.
Sighting is fast and precise with a wing-protected front post and an adjustable ghost-ring rear. An integral Picatinny top rail on the receiver supports mounting of compatible optics or accessories as desired.
The polymer furniture includes a fixed stock with pistol grip, molded grip grooves, integral sling slot, and a recoil pad. The ribbed polymer fore-end provides a secure hold. Controls include a cylindrical charging handle and a cross-bolt safety. The magazine tube incorporates a faux-extension collar and a forward sling plate.
