The 1911 Ultra Micro pairs a dark-finished aluminum-alloy frame with a matte stainless slide for a purposeful two-tone look and reduced weight. Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 7+1 capacity, it retains classic 1911 single-action operation with a thumb safety and grip safety.
Its 3.3 in bushingless bull barrel is tuned for the micro slide length, while the SIG-profile squared slide uses rear cocking serrations only and an external extractor. The dust cover is non-railed for a clean, compact profile.
Sight regulation is set with SIG height indexes 8 front and 8 rear on fixed dovetailed 3-dot sights. Control and purchase are enhanced by a checkered front strap, a flat mainspring housing, and a beveled magazine well. The wood grips feature a double-diamond pattern with the SIG SAUER logo.
