The Carry Contour frame uses a bobbed profile and forged aluminum-alloy construction to trim weight to approximately 27.3 oz while preserving 1911 ergonomics. The forged carbon-steel slide and Black Cerakote finishes on both frame and slide deliver a cohesive, duty-grade look.
Its integral Picatinny accessory rail with three cross-slots supports common weapon lights. The slide includes front and rear cocking serrations plus a flattened, serrated top. Sighting is via fixed steel Novak-pattern 3-dots, with a dovetailed front dot and a drift-adjustable 2-dot rear.
Controls are ambidextrous and include a thumb safety and a grip safety with a memory bump. The long, skeletonized trigger with relief cuts and the skeletonized commander-style hammer align with the TRP series’ performance-focused setup. Front-strap checkering at 20 LPI and a checkered flat mainspring housing pair with textured gray/black G10 grip panels for secure purchase.
