The 16-inch M4-profile barrel is threaded and equipped with an A2-pattern birdcage flash suppressor. It uses a 1:7 twist rate and is chambered for 5.56mm NATO. The carbine-length gas system supports the classic M4-style handling and performance profile.
Sight configuration includes an A2-style pinned front sight base and an installed, detachable A2-style rear aperture. The flat-top Picatinny receiver with T-marked slots provides clear reference points along the rail. An "A" forging mark is present on the upper receiver.
Furniture includes a carbine-length, two-piece polymer handguard in the M4 pattern, a 6-position collapsible polymer stock, and an A2-style pistol grip. Controls include a standard magazine release and a manual safety.
Markings include the Anderson Manufacturing Hebron, KY AM-15 Multi Cal rollmark on the lower. The AM-15 line under the Anderson brand was discontinued after Ruger’s July 1, 2025 acquisition, adding clear production context for this rifle.
