The Hunter configuration pairs a long 6.88-inch stainless, fluted bull barrel and a target crown for precise, repeatable barrel geometry. The 1:16 RH twist is appropriate for standard .22 LR loads. Overall construction is stainless, with a brushed stainless upper and a stainless grip frame.
Sight alignment is fast and clear thanks to a red fiber-optic front and a fully adjustable rear with green fiber-optic inserts in a V-notch. Adjustability at the rear sight allows fine zeroing for different loads and distances.
The Mark III operating system is a simple blowback with a single-action trigger and an internal hammer. Controls include a push-button, left-side magazine release and a manual safety. A visible loaded-chamber indicator slot/tab is present on the receiver.
