The stainless, sporter-taper barrel measures 22 inches and ends in a recessed crown with an unthreaded muzzle. There are no factory iron sights. Both the barrel and receiver wear a matte stainless finish, and the rifle carries Remington’s triangle proof and the REP oval mark. Barrel code is "DH."
The short-action receiver is drilled and tapped, and this rifle comes with Talley lightweight one-piece rings/bases already installed, so the scope rings are attached and ready for mounting. The action uses a spiral-fluted stainless bolt with a round checkered knob, a recessed bolt face, dual front locking lugs, and a plunger ejector.
Feeding is from an internal box magazine with a 4+1 capacity. The design keeps the rifle streamlined while offering dependable operation with .308 Winchester.
The synthetic stock is black/charcoal with gray/white spider-web texturing and includes a Monte Carlo cheekpiece, rubber buttpad, and sling swivel studs. Length of pull is 13.0 inches, providing a solid and consistent mount.
