The 4.61-inch steel barrel uses Glock's octagonal polygonal rifling for .45 caliber and is nitrocarburized, matching the nitrocarburized slide finish for durability. The slide has rear-only vertical serrations for a secure grasp.
Gen 3 frame features include finger grooves, a left-side, non-ambidextrous magazine release, and Glock's Safe Action system. The Glock Universal single-slot accessory rail allows mounting of compatible lights or lasers.
