The Mil-Spec configuration delivers a traditional 1911 layout with a single-action, hammer-fired system, a short solid trigger, and standard magazine release. Safety features include a grip safety, a manual thumb safety, and a half-cock notch on the spur (rowel) hammer.
The 5.04 in bushing-fitted barrel and matching bushing are left in-the-white for a clean contrast against the matte dark slide and frame. The slide uses rear cocking serrations, a lowered and scalloped ejection port, and an internal extractor. A GI-style short guide rod with a checkered recoil spring plug rounds out the classic operating setup.
Ergonomics reflect the A1 pattern with an arched mainspring housing and a smooth front strap, paired with checkered wood grip panels. A lightly beveled magazine well assists with reloads while preserving the Mil-Spec profile.
Sights are a fixed 3-dot iron set: a white-dot blade front sight that is staked, and a two-dot rear sight that is dovetailed into the slide. This arrangement provides a clear, durable sight picture consistent with the model’s intended configuration.
The steel frame and slide wear a uniform matte dark finish that complements the classic lines of the platform. The frame bears an NM-prefix serial marking, and the pistol is configured for 8+1 capacity in .45 ACP using standard single-stack 1911 magazines.
