This is a factory SIG Sauer MPX serialized lower receiver manufactured in the USA and roll-marked "SIG MPX MULTI-CAL." and "SIG SAUER INC NEWINGTON NH USA." It is purpose-built for the MPX platform and includes the MPX-specific rear mating boss/lug to interface with compatible MPX upper and stock/brace assemblies.
The lower incorporates the MPX ambidextrous control architecture with selector pictogram boxes for three positions. The control layout is complemented by a flared MPX-pattern magazine well to speed reloads and an integrated enlarged trigger guard for gloved use.
Construction is an aluminum alloy receiver with a matte black hard-coat finish for durability. The integral pistol grip is part of the receiver assembly, providing a consistent interface with the MPX platform.
Additional non-factory customization includes a right-side trust engraving reading "TRUST CORDOVA, TN." This engraving is cleanly executed and distinct from the original factory markings.
