The XC configuration centers on a 4.5-inch, bushingless bull barrel with an integrated compensator and island front sight block. This setup pairs a green fiber-optic front sight with a square-notch black rear to deliver a clean, daylight-friendly sight picture aligned to the island block.
The slide wears a durable Black DLC finish and features front and rear serrations plus three oval lightening cuts per side near the muzzle. A DPO-style optic cut is machined into the slide, and the pistol is currently fitted with the cover plate.
The steel frame is finished in Black DLC and uses Staccato's modular 2011 architecture with a Tac Texture polymer grip module and a flared aluminum magwell. Controls include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a grip safety, with a skeletonized commander-style hammer.
The single-action fire control uses a flat, skeletonized, serrated trigger. Capacity is 20+1 with the included magazines. Factory markings include “STACCATO — FLORENCE, TX USA” on the dustcover, “STACCATO XC” and “20★11” on the slide, and “9x19” on the barrel hood with the matching serial present. The XC22 prefix on the included hang tag indicates 2022 production.
