The Xtreme-S SAO fire control system delivers a flat-faced trigger with a reduced reset and DLC-coated internals. An ambidextrous frame-mounted thumb safety and exposed spur hammer support confident, single-action operation. The Vertec-style frame, frontstrap and backstrap checkering, and black textured grip panels with Beretta medallions provide a secure, consistent hold.
The 5.25 in extended stainless barrel is threaded 1/2x28 TPI and includes a thread protector. Fixed suppressor-height 3-dot sights are dovetailed front and rear, with an approximate 6.1 in sight radius for a clear sight picture.
The black optics-ready slide features a cover plate, front and rear cocking serrations, and Beretta's open-top design. The aluminum-alloy frame wears a light gray Cerakote finish, creating a purposeful two-tone look with the black slide.
A 3-slot Picatinny accessory rail on the dustcover supports lights or lasers. Capacity is 18+1, and the pistol includes two 18-round steel double-stack magazines with numbered witness holes.
