The X7's 22 in sporter-profile barrel is button-rifled with a recessed crown. This configuration emphasizes consistent bore geometry and protects the muzzle, supporting dependable downrange performance with .30-06 loads.
Its right-hand push-feed action uses a floating bolt head and a spring-loaded ejector. A barrel-nut at the shank secures the assembly, and the rifle feeds from an internal blind 4-round magazine.
The Pro-Fire style single-stage trigger is adjustable, with a trigger safety blade, and is paired with a two-position safety for straightforward operation at the range or in the field.
The black synthetic stock is pillar-bedded for stability and features molded checkering, a rubber buttpad, and sling swivel studs. A polymer trigger guard keeps weight down while maintaining durability.
Factory sights are not present. A one-piece scope rail/base is already installed, and the receiver bears the Mayfield, Kentucky, U.S.A. rollmark.
