Product Description

Mauser Model 1934 .32 ACP Kriegsmarine-Accepted Pistol (Eagle/M), 1940, Blued, 3.38 in Barrel, Walnut Grip, with 1x8rd mag and Holster

This 1940 Mauser Model 1934 is a Kriegsmarine-accepted .32 ACP pocket pistol with the Eagle/M naval property mark and the noted Dirty Bird Stamp on the left side of the frame. Made in Germany by Mauser‑Werke A.G., Oberndorf a.N., it retains correct wartime markings including the right-side "Cal. 7,65 D.R.P.u.A.P." legend with gold fill and the Mauser oval logo on the left sideplate. Compact, blued, and well preserved mechanically, it represents a historically significant WWII-era sidearm with clear naval provenance.

    Condition

Overall Condition: Good condition, showing some signs of prior use and handling.

Bore Condition: Good - Clean, well-maintained, minor wear marks.

Bore Rifling: Good Rifling - Intact, well-defined lands and grooves.

Specific Condition Notes: The original blued finish shows wear and thinning on the slide and grip frame with light patina in high-contact areas, along with scattered superficial scratches. The striker-fired action cycles smoothly with a positive lock-up. The one-piece wrap-around walnut grip is structurally sound, with typical handling marks and smoothing of the checkering but no major cracks.

    What’s Included

    • 1x8rd mag
    • Black leather flap holster with external spare-magazine pouch

Built on a steel frame and slide with a blued finish, this Model 1934 is the Kriegsmarine-accepted variant identified by the Eagle/M mark on the left side of the frame. The Dirty Bird Stamp is present on the left side of the frame as noted. Made in Germany during the WWII era, it reflects Mauser’s naval procurement under wartime production.

Mechanically, it uses a simple blowback, striker-fired system with a magazine safety. The slide features vertical rear serrations and a round striker cap with a central indicator. The sights are fixed iron types with a small half-moon front blade and a fixed rear notch. The slide locks open on an empty magazine and automatically closes when a loaded magazine is inserted.

Correct factory markings are present, including the right-side "Cal. 7,65 D.R.P.u.A.P." marking with gold fill and the left-side legend referencing Oberndorf a.N. The Mauser oval logo is on the left sideplate, consistent with period production by Mauser‑Werke A.G., Oberndorf a.N., Germany.

The pistol’s micro size, 3.38-inch barrel, and single-stack 8+1 capacity make it a compact service sidearm. It retains its wrap-around checkered walnut grip and the lanyard loop at the heel. This is a mechanically sound, collectible Kriegsmarine-accepted example with desirable period features and markings.
