The Volquartsen Black Mamba pairs a serialized LLV upper with a stainless steel, threaded 6.5-inch barrel and a MK IV 22/45-pattern lower for a purpose-built .22 LR target pistol. It features a Type III hard-anodized aluminum shroud, an integral full-length Picatinny top rail with an accessory rail underneath, and precise iron sights with a green fiber-optic front and an adjustable target rear. An extended polished charging knob and a crisp trigger round out a configuration built for fast, consistent shooting.

Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Details: There is finish wear on the back left of the receiver. There is mild wear consistent with a previously mounted optic. There is light carbon buildup and minor scuffing on the compensator. The trigger is light and crisp.

This Black Mamba uses Volquartsen’s LLV upper with a stainless barrel and a laser-hardened stainless breech housed in a Type III hard-anodized aluminum shroud. The upper is the serialized component (not the polymer frame). The receiver is finished in black hard anodize, and factory caliber and location markings are present (22 LR, Carroll, Iowa). The model family was introduced in 2019 and is made in the USA.
The 6.5-inch stainless barrel is threaded, and the pistol operates on a fixed-barrel blowback action. This configuration emphasizes stability and consistency with .22 LR while retaining the durability benefits of stainless construction.
Sighting equipment includes a green fiber-optic front and an adjustable target rear. An integral full-length Picatinny rail runs along the top of the upper, and an accessory rail is machined into the underside, providing ready mounting surfaces for compatible sighting and accessory options.
The lower is a MK IV 22/45-pattern frame with a 1911-style grip angle. It features textured black grip panels with finger grooves, a manual safety, and an extended polished charging knob on the bolt for confident manipulation. Capacity is 10+1 with the included magazines.
