This P238 combines a stainless slide with a dark hard-coat anodized aluminum alloy frame for a clean two-tone look. The micro-size profile and single-action-only system are paired with an external spurred hammer and a curved trigger.
The slide is equipped with rear cocking serrations and a top-deck loaded chamber indicator. Sights are dovetailed 3-dot units with luminous dots front and rear for quick, visible sight alignment.
Safety and handling features include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail-style frame profile. The ivory-colored grip panels with longitudinal grooves provide a secure, consistent hold.
This California-compliant variant includes the required top-deck LCI legend reading "LOADED WHEN UP." The factory 2.7-inch barrel is marked on the hood "380 AUTO," and the right side of the frame is marked "SIG SAUER INC., EXETER-NH-USA."
