The Micro Carry configuration pairs a stainless slide with a satin silver aluminum alloy frame for a durable, lightweight build. Factory markings include "MICRO CARRY" on the slide, ".380 ACP" on the chamber hood, and "KIMBER, YONKERS, NY, USA" on the frame.
It operates single-action only with an external hammer and a thumb safety. The left-side magazine release and checkered mainspring housing support straightforward handling. There is no grip safety on this model.
The 2.75-inch bushingless cone barrel and rear-only diagonal slide serrations contribute to a compact, clean profile. Fixed, plain-black steel sights are dovetailed front and rear: a blade front and square-notch rear for a clear sight picture.
