The PT 92 AF is a full-size, double-action/single-action 9mm built around a short-recoil, locked-breech system with a falling locking block and an open-top slide. The 5-inch barrel and full-length slide configuration follow the classic PT92 layout.
The pistol combines a steel slide with an aluminum-alloy frame, both finished in black. Controls include a frame-mounted manual safety and a firing pin block. The magazine release is positioned behind the trigger guard on the left side. The slide uses rear cocking serrations only.
Sighting is straightforward with a fixed front blade and a fixed rear notch. The grip panels are black and checkered with Taurus medallions for a consistent hold and factory-correct appearance.
Capacity is 15+1 rounds of 9mm Luger. This example includes three 15-round steel double-stack magazines, providing on-hand spares for range use or rotation.
