The Commander-length configuration features a 4.25 in barrel with a GI-style bushing and recoil spring plug, delivering a classic 1911 setup in a compact size. The stainless steel frame and slide wear a low-glare bead-blast finish with contrasting blackened small parts and a flat, checkered mainspring housing. Checkered hardwood double-diamond grips with Ruger medallions complete the package.
The slide includes rear-only cocking serrations and a lowered ejection port. Sighting is via Novak 3-dot units: a dovetailed single white-dot front and a Novak LoMount 2-dot rear, both drift-adjustable and set in dovetails. An integral, machined plunger tube is built into the frame.
Fire-control components include a skeletonized rowel hammer and a skeletonized, lightened aluminum trigger. Safety features are a manual thumb safety, a beavertail grip safety, and an inspection port for a visual chamber check. The pistol uses a titanium firing pin and omits a firing-pin block. Rifling is 6-groove with a 1:16 RH twist.
