    Small Arms Limited (Long Branch) Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk I* .303 British, 25.2 in Barrel, 10+1, 1943 WWII Canadian Bolt-Action Rifle — Sporterized

    This 1943 Long Branch–made Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk I* is a Canadian-produced WWII rifle with period markings and later sporterizing. It retains its receiver-mounted aperture ladder rear sight, guarded front blade, charger bridge, and spike-bayonet boss, and features British commercial proofs and an ENGLAND export stamp. The fore-end has been slimmed and shortened with the upper handguards removed, and it includes three 10-round steel magazines.

The rifle also bears British commercial proofs and an ENGLAND export stamp on the barrel/knoxform, documenting its post-service commercial processing.

    The rifle is chambered in .303 British and retains core No.4 features, including the charger bridge, a receiver-mounted aperture ladder rear sight, and a No.4 front blade protected by sturdy ears. The spike-bayonet boss at the muzzle is present.
