The Performance Center Competitor Metal Frame pairs a 7075-T6 aluminum chassis with a Tungsten Gray Cerakote stainless slide and a 5 in stainless barrel treated with Armornite. This combination provides a durable, all-metal build with a cohesive finish.
The slide integrates three oval side windows, two extended top slots, and both front and rear serrations. It is optics-ready from the factory, with the cover plate installed; the M&P M2.0 C.O.R.E. plate kit is included for mounting compatible pistol optics.
Controls and ergonomics are tailored for confident handling: a flat-faced trigger with a Performance Center tuned sear, an oversized and reversible magazine release, a flared/removable magwell, and interchangeable palmswell backstraps (S, M, ML, L).
