This Rock River Arms LAR-15 A4 is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 platform carbine with a 16-inch chrome-moly barrel, 1:9 RH twist, and a carbine-length gas system. It features a pinned F-marked front sight base, a threaded muzzle with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor, and a flat-top T-marked upper. This example is customized with a two-piece drop-in quad-rail, UTG rail covers, a polymer vertical foregrip. Three 30-round magazines are included.

The LAR-15 A4 operates via a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system on the AR-15 platform. It uses aluminum receivers and an AR-15/STANAG magazine interface. The flat-top upper is T-marked (T2–T12) and includes a forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection-port cover.
The 16-inch chrome-moly steel barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor. A carbine-length gas system and a pinned F-marked front sight base are standard, with a bayonet lug and a front sling swivel present.
This rifle is outfitted with an aftermarket two-piece drop-in quad-rail, UTG polymer rail covers, and a polymer vertical foregrip. The delta ring assembly is retained. Furniture includes a 6-position collapsible polymer stock and an additional sling loop at the butt, plus an RRA A2-style checkered polymer pistol grip.
Sighting and mounting surfaces include the fixed F-marked front sight base and a flat-top receiver rail with T-markings. No rear sight is installed.
Three 30-round magazines are included. These are USGI-style aluminum AR-15/STANAG pattern magazines, with one fitted with a rubber 5.56 NATO magazine pull.
