Built on the proven 870 platform, this Express Magnum configuration features a steel receiver and the factory matte black oxide finish. The 18" plain barrel uses a fixed cylinder choke for versatile shot patterns and quick handling, guided by a single front bead.
The chamber is marked for 12 GA 2 3/4" or 3", giving flexibility across common defensive and field loads. Receiver rollmark reads "Remington 870 EXPRESS MAGNUM," with barrel stamps including "12 GA. 2 3/4" OR 3" and "REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY INC. ILION, NY."
Practical enhancements include a Speedfeed pistol-grip buttstock with dual-side shell-storage ports and a rubber buttpad. The length of pull measures 14.0", and the fore-end is synthetic for durability and positive control.
A magazine-tube extension is secured with a barrel/mag clamp for added rigidity. The shotgun loads from the bottom and ejects to the right, with a single front bead for straightforward sighting.
