    What’s Included

    • 1x 5-round detachable box magazine for Winchester Model 1905 (short pattern with horizontal serrations at base)

The Model 1905 S.L. operates on a semi-automatic blowback system and uses an under-barrel charging plunger. It feeds from a detachable box magazine and offers a 5+1 capacity in .32 WSL.

Sighting is straightforward and period-correct, with a front blade and a barrel-mounted rear sight with an elevator. The 22-inch round barrel supports a balanced sight radius for its sporting role.

The blued steel receiver features a right-side rectangular port and takedown-only construction for transport and maintenance. Markings include "WINCHESTER TRADE MARK MOD. 1905 S.L., -32 CAL-".

Furniture consists of a straight-grip, uncheckered walnut stock and a plain uncheckered fore-end. The fore-end is secured by a steel band with a small oval inlay on the underside. A black buttplate with the circular Winchester Repeating Arms logo and a 13.75-inch length of pull complete the setup.

As Winchester's first centerfire semi-automatic sporting rifle, the Model 1905 holds a defined place in early self-loading design. Produced from 1905 to 1920 in approximately 29,113 units, this Plain Finish example presents the core features collectors and enthusiasts look for, including the original pattern short magazine with serrations.
