It features a free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard marked "SAINT Victor," a flat-top upper with forward assist, and flip-up iron sights. The rifle is finished in matte black with an anodized aluminum receiver and includes a Springfield Armory padded soft rifle case and one Magpul PMAG.

This SAINT Victor is built on the AR-15 platform with a 1:8 twist barrel and a 16-inch barrel length, making it a practical configuration for 5.56mm NATO. The receiver is marked "SPRINGFIELD ARMORY GENESEO, IL" with the Springfield Armory crossed-cannons crest, and the lower is marked "MULTI-CALIBER."
Up top, it has a flat-top upper receiver with a forward assist, and the ejection port dust cover is marked "SAINT." The handguard is a free-float M-LOK design in aluminum, and the rifle includes flip-up front and rear iron sights.
The rifle uses a detachable box magazine system and is noted with a maximum capacity of 30+1. It includes one 30-round Magpul PMAG GEN M2.
