The core of this rifle is a stainless Savage Model 10 short action with the brand's barrel-nut system and floating bolt head, paired with a right-hand bolt and a round, checkered knob. It uses an internal blind box magazine with a reported 4-round capacity and a tang-mounted sliding safety. The receiver is drilled and tapped with scope bases installed.
The 18 inch stainless heavy-contour barrel is free-floated and finished with a recessed target crown. There are no iron sights. The rifle includes Savage's AccuTrigger with its integral trigger safety blade, offering an adjustable and consistent trigger system.
The stock is the Choate Tool Ultimate Varmint model designed by Maj. John Plaster, built from durable synthetic material in black. It features a beavertail forend, a skeletonized butt, a sling/bipod stud, and an accessory attachment point. An adjustable bolt-on cheekpiece is installed, and the length of pull measures 13.0 inches. The inlet is configured for a blind magazine.
Optics are already in place with a BSA Optics Contender 4-16x40mm scope using the Contender Standard Reticle with Triangle System, mounted in rings on two-piece bases. This ready-to-zero setup complements the rifle's stainless construction and heavy-barrel configuration.
