The P938 Legion delivers micro-compact dimensions with carry-ready features. The SAO, hammer-fired action includes an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and a left-side magazine release for familiar 1911-style operation in a smaller footprint. The exposed spur hammer and aluminum trigger provide a crisp, consistent trigger feel.
Its stainless steel slide over an anodized aluminum-alloy frame keeps weight down while maintaining durability. The slide and frame wear the Legion Gray finish, complemented by black checkered grips with Legion medallions. The top of the slide is marked "LEGION" with the Legion chevron, and the pistol is marked "SIG SAUER INC., NH, USA."
The 3-inch barrel is bushingless and finished with a recessed crown. The slide features front and rear cocking serrations, an external extractor, and a lowered and flared ejection port for reliable operation. Vertical serrations on the front strap and backstrap, a beavertail frame, and an undercut trigger guard promote a secure, high grip.
SIG X-RAY3 Day/Night tritium sights include a green front dot and a steel two-dot tritium rear, offering clear sighting in varied light. Capacity is 7+1 with the included single-stack magazines, each equipped with an extended finger-rest baseplate for enhanced control.
