This Smith & Wesson Model 629-4 Classic DX is a pre-lock, stainless N-frame .44 Remington Magnum with the long 8-3/8 in heavy barrel. It is barrel roll-marked "629 Classic DX" with the yoke marked "629-4," and features a full-length underlug, serrated top rib, and fully adjustable sights. The revolver includes its original smooth wood combat stocks in addition to the installed Hogue rubber Monogrip.

This DA/SA revolver is outfitted with a wide, checkered-spur target hammer and a wide, smooth-face trigger. A Hogue rubber Monogrip is installed, and an additional set of S&W smooth wood finger-groove combat stocks with medallions is included.
