What’s Included
- Ruger M77R Tang Safety .300 Win. Mag. bolt-action rifle
The M77R Standard variant deletes barrel sights and relies on Ruger’s integral scope-ring dovetails machined into the receiver. This configuration provides a clean, uncluttered barrel and a straightforward path to ring-mounted glass.
Built on Ruger’s tang-safety series, it uses a tang-mounted sliding safety that is easy to access from a firing grip. The right-hand bolt carries an external extractor and a round bolt knob for smooth, positive operation.
Feeding is from an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate, offering a 3+1 capacity in .300 Win. Mag. This example’s 24-inch barrel is well-suited to the cartridge, and the bore condition and rifling are noted as good.
The walnut stock features cut checkering, a white-line spacer, a ventilated recoil pad, and a pistol-grip cap with Ruger medallion. Sling swivel studs are installed, and the length of pull measures 14.5 inches. Made in the United States.
