The slide wears a matte black finish and includes forward and rear cocking serrations plus a top lightening window. It is optics-cut and fitted with a screw-retained cover plate engraved with a U.S. flag. Slide markings include "COMBAT 19" and a lion-head logo. Sights are fixed, with a single white-dot front blade and a plain rear notch.
At the muzzle, a Rosco-marked threaded barrel pairs with an installed Agency Arms 417 compensator. The threaded configuration supports the installed compensator and maintains the pistol’s compact profile.
