This P229 uses the proven DA/SA system with a decocking lever positioned ahead of the slide stop and an external spur hammer. The control layout is the familiar P229 pattern, offering confident manipulation and safe decocking.
The slide is stainless and marked "STAINLESS," paired with a compact 3.9-inch barrel. Capacity is 10+1 with the included metal double-stack magazines, aligning with the compact format while maintaining service-ready performance.
