Controls and safeties are true to the platform: single-action operation, a left-side thumb safety, and a beavertail grip safety with memory pad. The Series II firing-pin block is grip-safety actuated. A checkered magazine release, three-hole lightweight trigger, and skeletonized Commander-style hammer round out the handling details.
