The revolver uses a DA/SA action with a smooth-faced trigger and an external hammer with a checkered spur. The left-side swing-out cylinder employs a push-forward latch in the S&W style, and the eight recessed chambers are cut in a stainless cylinder with teardrop flutes.
The 4 inch stainless steel barrel wears a full-length underlug for added forward weight and a serrated top rib to cut glare. Sight picture is clear and adjustable, pairing a pinned, serrated ramp front with an orange insert to a fully adjustable rear.
Construction is all stainless with a uniform brushed finish across the frame, barrel, and cylinder. The grip is a one-piece black rubber unit with finger grooves, pebbled texture, and full backstrap coverage for a steady hold.
Markings are comprehensive: C.I.P. Czech proof marks (Prague) appear on the frame and cylinder, along with the ALFAPROJ Czech Republic roll mark, the APINTL–PAHRUMP NV import mark, and the RIA logo. Matching serials are present on the frame and barrel. The factory test target notes Sellier & Bellot ammunition and is dated December 22, 2022.
