Blowback-operated and single-action-only, the TX22 Compact uses Taurus's Performance Trigger System with a rotating trigger shoe for a consistent pull. Safety features include an ambidextrous manual safety, a striker block, and a trigger safety.
The T.O.R.O. slide features an optics cut with an RMSc/Holosun-K footprint, and the rear sight is integral to the optics cover plate. Sight configuration is a low-profile front blade with a drift-adjustable, serrated rear notch for a clean sight picture.
