The P365 MS configuration adds a manual safety to SIG's micro-size, striker-fired 9mm platform. It uses a modular, serialized stainless-steel fire control unit (FCU) within a matte-black polymer frame marked NEWINGTON, NH USA, and incorporates a proprietary accessory rail.
A True Precision threaded barrel is installed and measures 3.7 inches, capped with a knurled thread protector. The barrel is marked "TRUE" with the maker's symbol visible through the slide, and the included spare OEM SIG barrel is marked "SIG SAUER 9mm x 19." The slide wears a matte black finish with front and rear serrations and is not optics cut.
Sight acquisition is supported by 3-dot night sights, including a front sight marked 'TG-H3' with a green dot and a 2-dot rear. A Crimson Trace trigger-guard grip laser is installed for an additional aiming reference.
The pistol ships with three steel magazines marked Made in USA: one 12-round and two 10-round mags, providing a 12+1 capacity with the included 12-round magazine. Baseplates are a mix of flush and extended styles.
Rounding out the package are a SIG Sauer factory hard case and a Sticky Holsters SM-5 pocket holster. Magazines are marked Made in USA, and the overall setup keeps the P365 compact while adding practical enhancements like the Crimson Trace Grip Laser and the True Precision threaded barrel.
