This Russian-made Izhmash Saiga in .223 Rem pairs the classic AK-pattern Saiga platform with select upgrades and clear import markings. It features a stamped-steel receiver with a left-side optics rail, a 16 inch barrel with a plain crowned muzzle, and the Saiga-pattern manual bolt-hold-open lever. Upgrades include a Slide Fire Solutions AK bump-fire stock and an SGM Tactical polymer railed fore-end with a matching upper handguard. No magazine is included.

Made in Russia by Izhmash, this Saiga is chambered in .223 Rem and built on an AK-pattern stamped-steel receiver finished in black. It carries clear factory and import markings, including SAIGA 223Rem, MADE IN RUSSIA BY IZHMASH, the Cyrillic model marking "САЙГА," and the US Sporting Goods Inc., Rockledge, FL import stamp.
The rifle uses a semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt and a right-side reciprocating charging handle. It retains the standard AK safety/selector lever and the Saiga-pattern manual bolt-hold-open lever. The receiver includes a left-side optics rail.
The 16 inch barrel is plain crowned with no muzzle device installed. Sights are the traditional AK pattern: a hooded front post and an adjustable tangent rear sight for a clear, familiar sight picture.
Upgrades include a Slide Fire Solutions AK bump-fire stock and an SGM Tactical polymer railed fore-end with a matching upper handguard, plus a black web sling. Length of pull is 12.5 inches. No magazine is included.
