As a Custom Shop model, the Grand Raptor II integrates performance-focused details with distinct styling. The slide wears Raptor-scale cocking serrations at the front and rear and a scale-textured top rib designed to cut glare and keep sight alignment crisp under light.
The full-size Government configuration uses a 5-inch match-grade barrel and a stainless steel frame finished in matte stainless, paired with a dark slide for a two-tone look. Raptor-scale texturing on the front strap and flat mainspring housing helps anchor the grip, and the magazine well is lightly beveled to assist with reloads.
The sighting system consists of a fully adjustable rear target sight and a dovetailed front blade with a green dot insert for a clear point of aim. The barrel hood is marked '.45 ACP' and is visible through the ejection port.
Controls and fire-control parts are thoughtfully executed, including a skeletonized commander-style hammer and a skeletonized, aluminum three-hole trigger. Safety features include an ambidextrous thumb safety, a grip safety, and Kimber's Series II firing pin block (Swartz-type). Capacity is 8+1 in .45 ACP.
