The Scorpion EVO 3 S1 is a closed-bolt, simple blowback 9mm pistol with a black polymer receiver and frame. Its 7.72 in barrel is cold hammer forged and threaded, and it ships with a multi-port muzzle device. Chambering is clearly marked "9x19," and capacity is 20+1 with the included magazines.
Controls are fully ambidextrous where noted, including a two-position safety, paddle-style magazine release, and bolt release. The left-side charging handle is non-reciprocating, reversible, and features a hold-open notch. The rear end cap with sling slot keeps this model in a stockless pistol configuration.
The polymer handguard provides a full-length top Picatinny rail along with side and bottom accessory rails and an integral hand stop. Low-profile folding CZ sights are included, with an adjustable post front and adjustable aperture rear for precise zeroing.
