The GSG-1911 delivers classic 1911 ergonomics in .22 LR with a simple blowback, single-action-only system. It pairs a machined-aluminum frame with a zinc-alloy slide and a steel barrel liner to support reliable rimfire performance. The full-size format preserves familiar controls and handling, including a checkered magazine release, a skeletonized 3-hole trigger, and a skeletonized commander-style hammer.
The 5 in barrel is threaded M9x0.75 and fitted with a removable thread protector. A wrench for the thread cap is included. Adapters to 1/2x28 are available if desired, expanding compatibility while keeping the factory metric threads intact.
Sighting is straightforward and adaptable: a yellow 3-dot setup with a square-notch, elevation-adjustable rear in a dovetail and a pinned, interchangeable front. A set of front sight blades is included to fine-tune point of impact.
Safety features are comprehensive, with a manual thumb safety, grip safety, firing-pin block, disconnector, and a magazine safety located in the mainspring housing. Capacity is 10+1, and the pistol is optimized for high-velocity .22 LR ammunition.
Finished in matte black, this example bears German proof marks, a "MADE IN GERMANY" stamp, and American Tactical (ATI) Summerville SC importer markings, clearly documenting its origin and import path.
